Aryanna’s AI integration reads the selected screens and captured actions together. It drafts step titles, instructions, and short captions, with each step linked to its screenshot. You review the result before sharing.

How your recordings are handled

Have a task to explain? Walk through it with Ary.

Before you start.

How do I get started?

Explore the walkthrough on this page, book a demo with Ary, or download the desktop source package. The download includes setup instructions for recording and editing your own task.

What does Aryanna’s AI write?

The AI integration drafts a title and instruction for each guide step, plus short video captions, from selected screenshots, click positions, and your task description. Each step points back to a captured frame. The model is instructed to flag details it cannot confirm, and you can edit the result before exporting.

How does AI access work?

The desktop source package uses your own Claude API key for AI drafting. Recording, manual editing, and exports do not require a key. Aryanna’s subscription with managed AI is in development; access and setup details explain the two options.

Does the browser demo record my screen?

No. It uses sample screens and hand-written steps to show the workflow. Download the desktop build to capture your own screen or window.

Can I use it on my Mac?

The desktop source package includes Mac setup instructions and requires Node.js and Terminal. Screen capture and guide editing have been checked on Mac; exports and AI drafting need further Mac testing. See the setup and compatibility notes.

What does the AI receive?

When you request a draft, selected screenshots, captured click positions, and your task context go to the Claude API. Your video stays local. Check the screenshots for private information before sending.

What can I share?

An illustrated Markdown guide, a self-contained HTML guide, a captioned WebM video, or the raw recording. Guides and captions stay editable before export. This build records silent video.
